Process of economic development having property of irregularity conditioned by periodic process of successive substitution of consistent complexes of technologically conjugated manufacture - technological setup is investigated in the article. Dynamics of Russia’s economic development from 1930 up to 2006 is examined. The priorities of innovative development are defined.
