The system approach to formation of mechanisms of suppression of channels of financing of terrorism from a position of economic safety

In article problems of economic safety in the conditions of terrorist activity are considered. The modern terrorism is aimed at creation of an extensive social and economic infrastructure in a counterbalance to system of national safety. Counteraction to financing to terrorism should be under construction on the basis of the system approach including adequate reflexion of threats of economic safety of terrorist character.
