On the economic breakthrough in the North Caucasus, «growth points» and the threat of stagnation

Strategy social-economic development North-Caucasian federal neighborhood before 2025 is critically analyzed. Key problems of the development subject neighborhood is revealed. It is motivated that Strategy does not orientate on overcoming backlog, but its realization will bring about stagnation in regions of North Caucasus. So, the author considers, that North Caucasus needs the strategy of the economic breakout, rather then the stagnation.
