Economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang province of China and Russia

In recent years economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia has been developing actively on both intergovernmental and interregional levels. This paper analyses foreign trade between China and Russia, its structure and influence of the world economic crisis. Meanwhile the author gives special consideration to the matter of estimation of economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang province of China and Russia.
