Perfection of medical and hygienic monitoring system by introduction of an integrated index of harm as a quantitative mark of health hazard caused by harmful and dangerous factors of the industrial environment is offered. The structure of professional risks, estimate of latent risks, results of practical application of the offered technique are described.
