The article suggests the preconditions and restrictions of development of the domestic military industrial complex at the present stage of development, the key problems of development of the branch connected with them, expected results of development during the intermediate term period in view of priorities of postcrisis growth. The separate attention is given to some perspective measures of state policy, directed on development of the military-industrial complex.
