Russia has every chance to become the new center of the venture highly technological industry. Preconditions are the strong scientific and technical potential of Russia, high rates of economic growth, purposeful support to the state. The industry of venture investment grows the rates reaching of 100 % year. It is promoted also by persevering actions of the Russian state. Programs of financial support of scientific researches on a wide range of scientific disciplines are increased.
