The role of nothern regions in rf energy safety ensuring

In the present work the role of northern regions in Russian FER and energy safety in long-term perspectives is considered. It is concluded that it will be rise. It concerns both traditional and renewable FER. But there are some difficulties on this way. Help from the government and active participation of private investors and venture companies is demanded for there overcoming.
