The complicated methodological and practical issues of cost evaluation and pricing at complex productions of the mineral resource complex are considered. On the basis of the revealed specificity of technology and economy of complex productions the settled conceptions of the basic, passing, intermediate products and production wastes are considered. A special attention is paid to the specificity of substantiation and coordination of prices for utilized wastes. A single methodological approach to substantiating prices for each valuable component of multi-component mineral resources and various products of their comprehensive processing at different production stages, including utilized mining industry products at its contents being higher than the corresponding limit is recommended.

Keywords: mineral resources, comprehensive processing, passing products, mining production wastes, valuable components, differentiated pricing
