The proposed issue of «National interests: рriorities and safety» by leading experts of the Institute of Economic Problems, Kola Science Centre RAS and a number of scholars from other academic institutions reviewed a wide range of issues related to the problems and priorities of socio-economic development of northern and Arctic regions of Russia. In general, their orientation can be expressed in one sentence: «North - our house and this house should be comfortable and safe».
