The concept of ecological and economic strategies of large cities

Ecological, social, technical and economic problems of development of big cities are caused by absence of the state and municipal economic policy in this area. The complex approach that assumes regular gathering, the analysis and information generalisation, studying of the economic aspects allowing accurately to designate action for protection of cities from environmental contamination, a choice of the optimum decision by criteria of ekologo-economic efficiency, working out of programs and mechanisms of realisation of the chosen variant is necessary for their decision.
