Management efficiency by socio-economic development of oil economic area of Republic of Tatarstan

This paper deal with the methods of evaluation of management efficiency by socio-economic development of territories, based on matrix approach. The evaluation of management efficiency by socio-economic development of municipal districts included in the Oil economic area of Republic of Tatarstan: municipal districts of Almetyevsk, Bugulma, Leninogorsk, Sarmanovo, Cheremshan, - for 2007 and 2008 years were conducted, main factors influenced to increase/decrease of socio-economic development of these areas in 2008 were revealed and recommendations on the development of territories were proposed.
