Nowadays it is particularly important to identify the adaptive characteristics of the financial market policy, considering the increasing pressure of global financial institutions and the formation of an integrated financial-information field as a qualitatively new medium of the circulation of financial capital. Article’s urgency stipulated by increasing role of infrastructural institutions of the financial system in ensuring institutional unity and common direction of development of domestic financial market in a constantly transforming architectonics of global finance.
