The key factor for modernization of economy is the investments into manufacturing industry that are the exit of the country from crisis and achievement of steady economic growth. In the article factors influencing the adoption of investor’s decisions to invest in the industry of Russia have been analyzed. The actions with the state regulation participation for creation of more favorable conditions for capital investments in manufacturing industry have been offered.
