In article it is shown, that elimination of a difference of the prices, the increase in grants and the bank credit and to increase in investments for the decision of social problems of village will not lead to maintenance of food safety for the agriculture is conducted on the basis of the out-of-date positions of a science leading continuous damage of soil fertility.
