In article questions of quality of medical aid as by one of the most actual problems in public health services are taken up. Authors analyse results of questioning of working citizens concerning satisfaction by quality of the rendered medical aid, spent by experts of branches of the Stavropol regional fund of obligatory medical insurance. From the received sociological information authors reveal a number of key problems in system of public health services of Stavropol Territory and ways of their decision are offered.
