National security in the context of economic space development and spatial positioning of the world economy

Considering the world economy from the point of spatial positioning involves focusing on spatial contingency and continuously increasing density of resources flow per unit of the space. The concept of neo-liberalism contributed to implementation of new economic policy of “globalization” and lead to full possession of the whole bulk of economic space by a limited group of persons, which resulted in lack of national security.
