Increase of a production efficiency of enterprises APS assumes search of various forms of cooperation and integration of the enterprises. The perspective form of such association in agriculture - the company working by a principle of holding that is the corporation supervising one or several enterprises. In article principles and mechanisms of work such companies are considered.
