Possibilities of multichannel financing of innovative activity at regional universities

In article topical questions for an education sphere about the conditions promoting development of multichannel financing of higher educational institutions are considered, and the role of educational mark in increase of financing at the expense of means of private and corporate investors is estimated. The author offers system of indicators which allows to estimate objectively quality of training in educational institutions. It will give chance to use more effectively state financing and to involve consumers into the payment of educational programs more actively.
