Investment is the way of region development - in such a way the goal of Ulyanovsk region administration was stated in 2004. The history of new investment politics reckons from 2005. Today, economic growth of the most Russian regions is figured on large-scale investment projects.
     What amendments will the finance crisis brings in the investors plans of Ulyanovsk region.
