Becoming a model of interaction between business  with stakeholders in Russia's economic modernization

The analysis of the formation of the Russian model of interaction with the business of States concerned and other interested parties. As a conceptual framework adopted by the evolution of communication patterns of interaction with the theory of stakeholders. It is shown that the parties concerned business and proper business in varying degrees can make the agents of modernization of national economy and society. In order to conduct research in this context, the article described the sequence of transition to different models of interaction between business and government in Russia, nodules-cies group of stakeholders with the typology of business interests. In addition, we classify agents modernization of the Russian socio-economic system with the justification they perform functional roles.
