In article the condition of agro-industrial complexes of Southern and North Caucasian federal districts in post-crisis 2009 is analyzed. The author proves that revival of village and support of agriculture in traditionally agrarian southern regions of the country is today one of the major strategic state problems. That is why realization of the complex program, the megaproject of development of agrarian and industrial complex of the South of Russia comparable on scales with development virgin and lay lands is necessary.
