In this article the analysis of existent instruments of settlement of tax debt is resulted with the purpose of the financial making healthy of activity of organizations, the most effective instrument is exposed, such as restructuring of tax debt and his efficiency is well-proven.
     The special attention is spared the methodical hikes of classification of basic instruments of settlement of tax debt and exposure of role of restructuring of tax debt in the system of the financial making healthy of managing subject.
