The realization of the power of institute of bureaucracy as the method of struggle with corruption in Russia

Corruption in Russian social-economic system has taken roots so deeply that not many people believe that fighting it can give quick results. Joining economic interests of business and bureaucracy bring the state as the machinery of power and management, directed opposite itself, to elimination. In its place the new type of power and management- universal corruption- appears. Unfortunately, the problem cannot be solved only by such economic measures as increasing the salaries of state officials, as nowadays, under the existing conditions, numerous alternative sources of awards to officials, actually appearing to be bureaucratic rent, will still be much higher.
