We analyze the development of entrepreneurship as a basic condition for the success of this process, put forward the presence of certain rights, freedoms and safeguards to ensure a favorable external financial, economic and socio-political environment. The effectiveness of the dialogue between business and power is manifested in the creation of jobs, involving the workforce in the enterprise, increasing democratization and economic development.
