In modern times, there is a major economic problem of the formation of economic relations in the border regions, corresponding to modern challenges. The state is obliged to maintain its economic stability, not only through the protection of their basic properties from the encroachments of the outside, but also through the strengthening of its economic sovereignty by the perception of a positive that there is in other countries of the economic nature of the state and working on strengthening it. In addition, the border area the current legislation recognizes the value of constant error.
