Approaches to the assessment of the ethnocultural policy of region

Working out of strategy and tactics of regional development should consider to the full social, cultural, in particular, ethnocultural features of the population, especially in "ethnic" regions. In the present work the attention is accented on necessity of realisation of economic aspect of ethnocultural development of regional community. Principles of a regional policy in the field of ethnocultural development are stated and methodical approaches to the evaluation of economic efficiency of an ethnocultural policy are designated.
