In article it is underlined that for counteraction of the revealed negative trends it is necessary to stimulate self-developmental system of regional independent printing mass media, which adhere to professional standards and ready to work and develop in the conditions of the general falling of interest to reading and absence of really operating regional programs of support of publishing business.
