The article analyzes the various aspects of the impact of electromagnetic radiation on the environment and public health. The questions assess the economic impact of the negative impact of electromagnetic fields on the natural and economic systems, as well as justified by the possibility of introducing fees for electromagnetic pollution. Necessity of introduction of a payment for negative influence on environment, in particular, payments for electromagnetic environmental contamination in system of economic tools of wildlife management is proved. The special attention in work is given to working out of methodical approaches by definition of ecological harm and its indemnification from influence of an electromagnetic field on a state of environment and health of the person.
