In the present work it is determined, that the reforming of the patterns of the ownership in Russia has resulted in changes in the economic system, in appearing new kinds of economic threats, such as criminalization of the relations of property and making shadow property relations, and also it is analysed, that the processes of the criminal redistribution the property maskable by the application of quite lawful procedures, have got a wide scope and continue essentially destabilize the economic situation in the country, being a factor of negatively influencing the economic safety of the state.
