Relations with the European states are a traditional priority of foreign policy of Russia. The importance relations with Europe for us are in many respects connected with dynamical changes which occur today on continent. In the XXI century such processes as the further expansion of EU, the euro statement as uniform European currency, formation of new integration structures in political, military, law-enforcement and other areas, appreciably affect conditions development in scales of all continent and will define in many respects its shape. Abundantly clear that Russia as the integral part of the all-European space cannot stand aside of these processes.
