The image of regional system is shown, imperatives of the concept of an estimation of efficiency of development of region are stated and the corresponding technique is offered, the estimation of efficiency of development of the Russian Federation, Privolzhsky federal district and its regions is spent, for the various time periods the optimum integration vector of the Chuvash Republic is established, the estimation of level of spatial entropy of efficiency of development of subsystems and their interrelation in Privolzhsky federal district is spent.
