In article necessity of active use of innovations for social sphere and sphere of employment as key preconditions of modernization of the Russian economy is proved. Directions of innovational activity in social sphere and socially significant problems which they are called to solve are designated. The basic characteristics of innovational type of employment and kinds of the innovational organization of work such, as self-employment, tele job and leasing of the personnel are opened.
