Analyzing of the economic safety of EU: new reference points of possibilities?

After the United States the most important country for EU is Russia. Both EU and Russia consider the mutual relations as «strategic partnership». That it means in practice, never in detail speaks, but presence of the strategic partnership different from time cooperation in this or that form, assumes existence of the general values, the general interests and mutual understanding. Strategy "Russia-EU" also proclaims that the partnership should be under construction on «to a basis equal in rights without dividing lines». It underlines that thought that the partnership always should be based on equality: partnership equal, equivalent, prestigious the parties. And, certainly, the general values should unite partners. The problem of interdependence of the European economic safety and Russia is analyzed. The basic problems of the European economic safety are shown. The cooperation problem is put in sphere of safety of EU and Russia.
