Some aspects of the government regulation to food safety to Russia

One of essential problems of Russia for today is the problem of protection of home market from uncontrollable import. The country is compelled to increase foodstuffs purchases abroad. Foodstuffs import brakes development of domestic agriculture, takes away from it a considerable part of the internal food market, promotes swapping of incomes of branch abroad. In the present work the Russian and foreign experience of the decision of problems change the import, increases of food safety of the country is analysed. A number of measures on state regulation of food safety, including introduction of food coupons for needy, animal industries development, reduction of "scissors of the prices», introduction of the high customs duties is offered, increase of procurement prices of agricultural products the conclusion that is necessary to pursue a policy, directed on growth of incomes of the population and stimulation of internal demand is etc.
