The paradigm of strategic management of industrial building of the Volgograd region should meet the requirements which have become complicated in crisis of economic and social efficiency. In this connection development nonconventional for region of a segment of industrial production (chemiсal pharmaceutical) can be considered as an element of an anti-recessionary policy and the factor of postcrisis intensive growth of regional economy.
