Socio-economic and political transformations of recent decades, resulted in the aggravation of interethnic relations in the North Caucasus, the growth of extremist sentiment in society, especially among youth. The results of monitoring the state of interethnic relations among students, conducted in 2007-2009 Stavropol. The need to improve the effectiveness of prevention work to prevent domestic extremism among youth.
