Here is analyzed developed and implemented at present in the Volgograd region of anti-crisis program of activities for the period 2009-2012, prepared by a team of scientists, Volgograd State University as a corrective to complementation of socio-economic development of the Volgograd region in 2025 and the Programme of social and economic development of the Volgograd region before 2010.
