The features and condition of the reproduction process in the agro-industrial complex, its place and role in regional economic systems. Estimation impact on the basic parameters of regional development is pr4esented. The problem of improving management of agro-industrial complex is shown. Reasonable measures of state support of investment process in the economy, capable of balancing the situation, to alleviate depression, and subsequently economic growth.
