Small business development is one of the most important factors in stabilization of the region's economy. The state of small business is largely due to the infrastructure support for this sector of the economy of the region. Infrastructure of small business can be divided into financial and credit, organizational and informational, organizational and legal. The development of each type of infrastructure should be combined.
