Recently, amid the financial crisis become more urgent problem of creating an effective system of interaction between government and business, as the number one part of the current investment process. Such a system would: ensure the development of industries, the state budget for the region, to develop infrastructure, improve the efficiency of investment policy, the most important instrument for the realization of which is a public-private partnership.
