The article discusses the possibility of a North Caucasus region, oil and gas chemical complex (cluster) and proved the need for orientation of new business of producing the closure of energy production cycles, to bring the production process to the closing level, producing the finished product, if necessary Step carefully taking into account the specificities of each of the Republican economic complex.
