Controlling mechanisms in the innovation economy

Complexity of transformational shifts in the economy shows itself not only in the fact that readjustment and improvement of the structure require management system reforming or creating a new one followed by economic entities integration both into a new management system and into new problems facing the controlling institutions. While studying the problem, the forming of an effective public innovation policy was revealed to accelerate the transition to the innovation economy. It has been concluded that the innovation activities development is a prerequisite for creating an effective innovation economy in the country.
