In article the marketing role in management of innovative development of the enterprise is considered. The determination of application features of the marketing and technical approach to enterprise innovative activity allowed to prove the necessity of carrying out the marketing researches at different stages innovations realization. It is offered to use the concept of innovative marketing for development of activity of the small enterprises based on a university business-incubator of the Kuban State University.
