Financial market in the world is important part of national economics’ development. Russian financial market today provides the same possibilities as in other countries. Development of financial market is needed for good climate for investors and is making investment faster, clearer and more effective. There are too many risks for investors at financial market. Creating and using protection for portfolio investor is national priority that is achieved by getting safe and more comfortable conditions for investment.
