Effective potato growing as the powerful factor of food safety of the russian federation

The problem of food safety of our country has arisen during reforms of 90th years. The Agriculture has appeared on edge of destruction. The reason for it had appeared an inconsistency of spent reforms, and also high dependence on import of articles of food. The country could not leave on up to reorganization parameters in an agriculture not looking on carried out reforms, later 20 years. In given article the analysis of a condition of such agricultural branch as potato growing is lead, and tasks which will help to restore potato growing in our country are certain, that partially to solve problems of food safety.
