Innovation pause as the reason cycle of economic development

In clause are opened essence and contents of a nature cycle of economic development; the role innovation in development of modern economy is proved. The author analyzes the reasons cycle of economic development in a context periodization of a history of mankind, that has allowed him to reveal characteristics of present global financial and economic crisis, and considers(examines) aspects of global economic changes in modern economy from a position of the "technological" theory of economic development.
