Today there is almost no land in Russia which would not be mentioned by economic human activities. However discrepancy of ecological and economic interests and effects increases in present socio-natural management system. Strategy of formation of civilized market relations and effective mixed economy involves inclusive of the development of evidence-based concept of ecological agribusiness Russia, in which, according to authors, the sufficient attention should be given to field protecting forest-growing and to cultivation system as to factors of optimization of agriculture at the organization of process management of nature use.
