National security of Russia: global challenges and resource limitation of export-raw model for economic development of the state

In the article the actual problems of the national and economic security of the country are considered from the point of view of global processes in economic and also global challenges which the mankind and Russia the next years will face. Besides, the necessity of transition of domestic economy from export-raw to the innovative development model is substantiated. The problem of «new type» wars or «geo-economics warfare» is disclosed in it and the resistance’s necessity is based.
