Organizational-financial imperatives of resort-recreational activity

Contemporary processes in the Russian health resort business and tourism are analyzed from the system approach perspectives; the problematic aspects are disclosed, their reasons, internal and external factors are analyzed. The substantiated thesis is that one form of development activization of health resort business and tourism can become the creation of a network of resort-recreational clusters, which unite on a commercial basis various organizations and sole entrepreneurs working in this sphere. The suggestions about the introduction of network management into resort-recreational practice are stated.
